I Trust

Lord I trust my life to You,
In everything I say and do,
I trust the plan You have for me,
And will follow faithfully.

Though the pain and trials come,
I trust in You and Your Son,
Who died for me on the cross,
So I may live and not be lost.

As I carry heavy burdens,
At Your feet I’ll lay them down,
And when I am hurt beyond what I can bear,
I trust myself to Your Sovereign care.
